Click Copy for Gmail above — signature HTML is in your clipboard.

Open Gmail → Settings (⚙) → See all settings → General.

Scroll to Signature, click Create new, name it "datum".

In the editor open Source HTML, paste and save.

Or paste directly into the text editor — formatting appears automatically.

Click Copy for Outlook above — signature copied as rich HTML.

Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New.

Give it a name, then press Ctrl+V to paste.

Set as default for New messages and Replies, click OK.

For Outlook Web: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste there.

Open Apple Mail → Mail menu → Settings → Signatures.

Select your email account on the left, click + to create a new signature.

Uncheck "Always match my default message font" — this is important for rich HTML signatures.

Press Cmd+V to paste. The formatted signature will appear in the preview panel.

Close Settings. In a new message, select your signature from Signature dropdown in the compose window.
